If you're new to LendMyTrend, you'll be prompted to sign up for the first time through Facebook, and to then enter all of your relevant details.
We want to showcase the best of what your wardrobe has to offer, so when it comes to listing your items through LendMyTrend, please ensure that they are still in a great condition, and have a minimum RRP of $130.
Please note that you must provide your own photographs when listing with LendMyTrend.
Be sure to use clear, well-lit photos of your garments so that they look their best. The better your photographs look, the more likely they are to be in high demand.

Fill out the online form with all of the relevant details of your item, including the pricing and description fields.
For optimal traffic and rentals, we recommend that you post 15% and 25% of the RRP for 4 and 8 day rental periods respectively.
Finally, upload your photos, and ensure you have specified your bank details for receiving payment.
Once you're done, click the "Add to your Wardrobe" button at the end of the page, and we will approve and publish your listing within 24 hours to verify its accuracy.
All you have to do now is wait for any rental requests to roll on in!
When someone wants to rent your garment, they will send you a request. This request will include the name of the garment and dates which they want it to be rented. You have the choice to either accept or decline this request.
Once you have accepted the rental request, you can start chatting with the renter through LendMyTrend’s secure messaging service. This is where you will sort details of delivery with the renter. It is left to both parties to disclose personal information such as the renters address. At this point we encourage you to discuss the return of the garment too.
Once the drop off has been agreed upon you need to meet the lender at the agreed time and place in order to hand over the garment. If postage has been selected, you need to ensure the garment is posted so that it arrives at the latest, on the first day of the rental.
Once the garment has been exchanged and the rental period has begun, LendMyTrend will release the funds into your account. These will appear within 3 to 5 days of the commencement of the rental period due to processing time.
Prior to the conclusion of the rental, you will need to organise the return of your beloved garment. This return may take place in the form of a meetup if this was decided, however, if postage has been selected, the renter will ensure that the garment is posted prior to the conclusion of the period.
Don’t worry, if the garment is not returned, LendMyTrend’s late policy will be imposed in order to protect you and your interests.
If your item is damaged, LendMyTrend’s damage protection policy will apply. In the unlikely event that this takes place, please email us at email@example.com immediately, and we will handle your damage claim accordingly.
If you wish to list your items through The LMT Collective, LendMyTrend's clothing concierge service, we ask that you first fll in a few quick details.
Please also note that we will only accept items with a minimum RRP of $200 to be listed through the service.
